Layout.

From this layout, you can recognize the closure and proximity. Two symbols make the audience understand which one represents to male and which one for female. They overlap together (they are having sex). Just look at this symbol (having two flowers inside) we can know what this layout want to say. Furthermore, the text “The secret sex of plants” is put into the blue area; it makes the audience pay attention to easily. Moreover, both text and these symbols are put in the light colour area to separate to the body text.

sun&moon1
me
Sun and moon live in a galaxy family. Sun keeps track of day and moon do in night. They are always opposite. I designed sun and moon as two body’s face. The colour makes their different. Look directly, you will see the Sun and you will guess other half part is a moon. When you turn your head to see from bottom to top, the moon will appear. Further more Stars and Fire help to recognize which one is Sun and which one is moon.

Adam and Eva

Do you know who our ancestor is? If you are a catholic, you will know who I want to mention at here. That is “ADAM & EVA”. When I went for sightseeing around the art museum at Singapore, It is so fun when I recognize that picture on the wall. ADAM & EVA become a MICKEY & MINNIE. By “closure” concept I realized that is our ancestors (naked, one male, one female and an apple). I think the culture, the religion and the history are coming into the children’s world, Children need to know about them but there are not lack of funny and amusing in the real world.
Marina Square-Octopus

These pics are captured at Marina Square of Singapore. I was surprise when looked the fountain at the centre of this Square. It looks like an octopus, with many legs; he wants to escape the sea. Further more, the decoration of its floor is also contain the shape of an octopus. It is unity!!! I imagine that I was living underwater. I like eating an octopus.
